These CPO outlets ensure the quality of pre-owned vehicles through a rigorous 175-point quality check process, providing customers with peace of mind and confidence in their purchase decisions.

Kia India, a prominent premium carmaker, has significantly expanded its reach in Kerala by adding seven new dealerships. This strategic move brings the total number of Kia touchpoints in the state to 30, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to making its innovative mobility solutions more accessible to customers.

The Southern region, comprising Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Pondicherry, is now the second-largest market for Kia in terms of touchpoints, following the North. By strategically placing dealerships in key geographical locations, Kia aims to cater to both local and neighbouring areas. The company’s ambitious expansion plans include reaching over 700 touchpoints across India by the end of 2024.

Mr Hardeep Singh Brar, Sr. Vice President and National Head of Sales & Marketing at Kia India highlighted the significance of this expansion, stating, “South India is a vital market for Kia, and increasing our touchpoints demonstrates our dedication to growth and innovation. In today’s competitive landscape, expanding our reach is not just about immediate gains but also about building a strong foundation for future success while upholding the trust of our customers.”

Kia India’s commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond new car sales. The company operates 24 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) outlets in the Southern region, offering a wide range of pre-owned Kia cars. These CPO outlets ensure the quality of pre-owned vehicles through a rigorous 175-point quality check process, providing customers with peace of mind and confidence in their purchase decisions.

With this strategic expansion, Kia India reinforces its position as a leading player in the Indian automotive market, demonstrating its dedication to customer accessibility, quality, and innovation.
