What you see here is a heavily wrapped electric vehicle that Audi calls the Q6 e-tron. It’s being tested in northern Europe and is already close to its production guise. The upcoming EV, slated to debut later this year, will be available in standard and Sportback forms, as we’ve seen with the Q8 e-tron and the Q4 e-tron. However, the Q6 e-tron will be the first of several planned models spawned by PPE – Premium Platform Electric. It’s a new architecture that Audi has developed in collaboration with Porsche. And one of the many flexibilities it’ll offer is an 800-volt electrical architecture. Audi has also confirmed that by 2025, it’ll introduce over 20 new models, of which more than 10 will be electric.

Bizzarrini, an Italian sports car manufacturer, has been revived to continue building advanced performance cars. Its latest creation is called the Giotto, named after the founder Giotto Bizzarrini, and is said to feature a bespoke carbon fibre body and a naturally aspirated V12 rear-mid-engined powertrain setup coupled with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. Giorgetto Giugiaro, the designer behind Bizzarrini’s best-seller car from the 60s, the 5300GT, was approached again to pen down the Gitto’s design. Further technical details will be revealed during the remaining half of 2023, with testing to begin in 2024.

Until April 23, 2023, those buying a new Q5, Q7 or Q8 will benefit from free insurance and free registration for the first year, a 5-year/unlimited km warranty and a 5-year cover for service, maintenance and roadside assistance. Buying a pre-owned Audi from the brand’s Approved: plus range will also rope in offers, including low finance rates (starting at 1.99 per cent), free insurance, free registration and two years of warranty and service plan.
During the holy month of Ramadan 2023, Genesis Middle East & Africa will offer various benefits on a new car purchase. One of the offers is to pay 50 per cent of the price at the time of sale, while the remaining amount can be paid after two years with no admin fees and a zero per cent interest rate. Also, all the new cars sold during the month will come with a 5-year/unlimited km warranty cover, a 5-year/100,000km service contract and roadside assistance for the same period. Once you get in touch with an authorised dealership, expect more offers in addition to the ones mentioned above. And the models that the benefits are available include G80, GV80 and GV70.
