What Is ‘Jeep Wave Exclusive’?
The ownership experience of a vehicle leaves a lasting impression on its maker. Jeep India has created a customer care program called ‘Jeep Wave Exclusive’ to bolster that. The program, which has been introduced alongside BS6-II compliant vehicle lineup, offers various services, including dedicated 24/7 support, 3 years of comprehensive warranty, express service packages starting in 90 minutes, Jeep Courtesy Edge, Jeep Genius and Jeep Adventure Concierge. Speaking of Jeep Courtesy Edge, it offers a customer a loaner Jeep SUV or equivalent if mechanical repairs take more than 96 hours. Another exciting service is the Jeep Adventure Concierge, which provides owners of Jeep SUVs curated offroad adventures. The ‘Jeep Wave Exclusive’ will apply to all existing purchased or leased Jeep vehicles, except for the Jeep Comprehensive Warranty. That will apply to SUVs purchased from April 1, 2023, onwards.
