Volvo EX30 Earns A Five-Star Rating In The Latest Round Of Euro NCAP Safety Tests

Volvo’s smallest SUV, the EX30, cares for you and others in busy urban environments

The all-electric EX30 has just earned a five-star rating in the latest round of safety tests from Euro NCAP, Europe’s leading independent vehicle safety assessment programme that helps customers make informed decisions about the safety performance of cars on the market, underlining the EX30’s strong safety credentials.

The EX30 embodies everything Volvo stands for – pioneering safety systems and future green mobility designed to drive the future of mobility. Volvo has always designed cars to be safe in the real world, not just to excel in safety ratings.

On the safety front, the EX30 comes with safety systems developed using the unique knowledge gained from over 50 years of real-world accident research. These systems are designed to help protect its driver and passengers in the event of a real-world accident through state-of-the-art restraint technology.

In addition to the structural design that meets Volvo’s leading safety requirements, These ambitious requirements often exceed official test requirements. They are designed to prepare the car for real-world scenarios that are sometimes more complex than standard tests.

The EX30 also has an advanced suite of active safety features to help you avoid and mitigate collisions or hazards. For example, the Advanced Driver Alert System is standard and monitors you when you’re not at your best.

The EX30’s Automatic Intersection Braking system is also designed to help prevent or mitigate accidents. If another vehicle unexpectedly crosses your path, the Automatic Brake Intervention feature will bring the car to a stop.

You can also activate the Door Open Alert feature so that the EX30 will warn you with visual and audible signals whenever you’re about to open the door for, say, a passing cyclist.

The Volvo EX30 is now available in Volvo showrooms in the UAE, with prices starting from AED 129,900.
