Vietnam Airlines Confirms New Route To The World’s Largest Airport

The airline will operate five weekly flights for the newly announced direct connection.

Between Vietnam and China, Vietnam Airlines already has five routes in its network. A sixth will be added on March 30, 2025. The national carrier of Vietnam will begin operating a non-stop service between Ho Chi Minh City and Beijing Daxing International Airport. Five weekly flights, all days except on Tuesdays and Saturdays, will be offered to passengers seeking a direct connection to China’s capital city from southern Vietnam. The airline will fly an Airbus A321 to ferry travellers.

The carrier has also confirmed increased flight frequency between Hanoi and Beijing. From the same date, the said route will become a daily affair. Besides the two routes mentioned, Vietnam Airlines also operates nonstop flights on four other routes: Hanoi-Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City-Shanghai, Hanoi-Guangzhou, and Ho Chi Minh City-Guangzhou. Once all six routes are live, the airline will have 40 weekly services between the two countries.
