Parisian brand Trilobe has introduced the new Trente-Deux collection during the recently held Geneva Watch Days 2025. It debuts the brand’s first manufacture movement and is also their first model with an integrated metal bracelet. It is presented in two dial versions: Sunray Grey and Sunray Blue.
Key Features
Functions

Image: Sunray Grey dial version. Its dial is a “reimagined architecture” of the Nuit Fantastique collection. Notice the integrated metal bracelet with double-folding clasp.
Hours, minutes, and seconds indicated by three rotating rings on the same plane as the dials. Patented display.
Hours are indicated by the revolving disc on the outer dial. The current hour is indicated by the brand’s “Trefoil” logo at 12 o’clock.
Minutes are indicated by the revolving disc on the subdial between 7 and 9 o’clock.
Seconds are indicated by the revolving disc on the smaller subdial near 10 o’clock, directly above the minutes subdial.
Dial
Two dial versions

Image: Sunray Blue dial version (same as header image). The time is 1 hours, 45 minutes, and 60 seconds. Notice the satin-brushed and mirror-polished chapter ring. An abundance of dial details.
Both dial versions feature a matte sunray finish. The hours and minutes disc feature a grained finish. The seconds subdial features an azurage and Clous de Paris guilloché finish. All numerals are pad-printed.
Movement
Image: The open worked automatic winding rotor is made from tungsten and “is equipped with a system of safety pins that protect the movement from major shocks, preserving the integrity of both bridges and internal components.” It has a sunray and grained pattern. Notice the variable-inertia balance wheel with “four chronometric regulation screws for precise adjustment, ensuring long-term stability and accuracy.”
Powered by X-Nihilo calibre, a mechanical automatic movement that drives the three rotating discs for the hours, minutes, and seconds. Diameter: 35.2 mm. Thickness: 7 mm. Parts: 218. Jewels: 34. Frequency: 28,800 vph or 4 Hz. Power reserve: 42 hours.
Movement finishing: 5N gold treatment. Bridges and plates feature fine or raw graining. Screws and bushing feature black polishing. Screws and jewels feature concave and diamond-polished surroundings. Bridges feature a hand-satin brushed finish. Wheels are rhodium-plated with a circular satin finish.
“Conceived, designed, developed, prototyped, machined, decorated, and assembled entirely in-house, the X-Nihilo is Trilobe’s first Manufacture movement. Its bold architecture revolves around an open island, creating space and spotlighting an isolated, magnified balance wheel.”
Case and Bracelet
Image: The case has mirror-polished surfaces that alternate between satin-brushed and microblasted finishes. The fluted bezel has mirror-polished ridges and microblasted grooves. Notice the brand’s logo on the fluted push-button crown. An abundance of case and bracelet details.
Case is made from 316L stainless steel. Seven-piece construction. Diameter: 39.5 mm. Thickness: 10.15 mm. Lug-to-lug distance: 46.18 mm. Dial side features a sapphire crystal with a multi-layer ARDUR anti-reflective treatment. Caseback features a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. Water resistant up to 5 bar or approximately 50 metres.

Image: “Case and bracelet are designed as a sophisticated, cohesive whole. The bracelet is shaped to perfectly hug the wrist, with each satin-brushed and bevelled link gradually narrowing for a refined and fluid taper. The interlinks, polished to a mirror finish, echo the Trilobe’s pointed shape, creating a signature motif and animating the surface with a subtle play of light.”
Integrated bracelet is made from stainless steel. It features satin-brushed and bevelled links and mirror-polished interlinks. It is fitted with a double-folding clasp that operates via a spring blade.
Our Thoughts
Image: An incredible achievement by Trilobe. Looks great on the wrist.
For a brand founded seven years ago (December 17, 2018), the new Trente-Deux collection is nothing short of phenomenal. Trilobe’s patented display is now powered by a genuine manufacture movement and paired with an integrated metal bracelet. The brand now has a watch that they can be proud of even more.
I predict there will be additions to the Trente-Deux collection, possibly other dials and versions with straps. The brand might also roll out the X-Nihilo calibre on their other collections and use it as a base for adding complications. Exciting times ahead for them and for French independent watchmaking.
