The world is a dangerous place. Wars, crime, and Mother Nature are tremendously unpredictable and can unalive you at any time. The world gets even more dangerous when you’ve got something someone else wants. It could be a car or the paper in your pocket or the chain around your neck. Rezvani seems to want to give you a bit more protection against the crazy things that could happen with their Knight SUV. Based on the Urus, but heavily modified so that no one would be dumb enough to try and pick a fight with you. Rezvani has upped the power to 800 horsepower from a twin-turbo V8 that can achieve 0-60 mph in 3.0 seconds. They’ve lightened the car with carbon fiber and upped the exclusivity with only 100 examples to be produced.
Basically, this car, without anything else, would be a low-production, custom Lamborghini Urus with more power and carbon everywhere. But that’s not the end of the story. Remember how dangerous the world is, and you don’t trust taking your posh SUV anywhere? Well, you’ll take the Rezvani Knight through the gates of hell because this will get you home safely.
Supplying your own Urus, they’ll take it, and for a chunk of change, they’ll make it into one of the most intense VIP protection vehicles ever produced. It has, in no particular order, bulletproof glass, underside explosive protection, smoke screen, and military run-flat tires, thermal night vision, EMP protection, electrified door handles, siren and horn options, an intercom, magnetic dead bolts, pepper spray dispenser, and even explosive device detection. This is the closest to a Presidential protection vehicle you can get on the market, need I say more?
“The goal was to push the limits of merging aggressive supercar styling and performance with daily practicality and off-road capability,” says CEO Ferris Rezvani.
The sci-fi styling is likely to scare away any baddies before the pepper spray dispenser does. The car itself is a bespoke creation with the leather interior completely customizable with different patterns and additional components. Even the exhaust can be tame or bring the noise with optional valving.
Now, all you’ve got to do to see anywhere in the world in complete safety is to secure a 2019+ Lamborghini Urus and add $149,000 USD on top to get this futuristic SUV fit for Batman.
