Jetour T2 Launched In The UAE

The 4×4 five-seater SUV is available in a single variant.

What becomes the fifth model offering from Jetour in the UAE is called the T2. It was launched on January 27, 2024, at an event organised by The Elite Cars, the brand’s exclusive distributor in the country, at Terra Solis. Besides presenting the SUV to the attendees during the proceedings, six of the first customers took delivery of the vehicle.

In the UAE, the Jetour T2 is available in a single variant. The five-seater SUV is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-litre engine that outputs 251hp/390Nm, while a 7-speed dual-clutch unit handles transmission duties. The nearly 4.8-metre vehicle weighs over 2.4 tonnes (gross), packs disc brakes on all corners, rides on 20-inch alloy wheels, boasts a limited-slip differential and has a real-time four-wheel-drive system.

On the features front, the Jetour T2 offers stuff like dual-zone automatic climate control, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12-speaker Sony sound system, powered and ventilated front seats with memory function, a wireless mobile charger, paddle shifters and powered, heated and auto-folding ORVMs with memory function. The T2 also has an automatic defogging system, rain-sensing wipers, push-button start, multiple drive modes and an active noise reduction system.

Jetour has also equipped the T2 with several safety features, including a bunch of airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system, ISOFIX anchorages, a 360-degree monitor, adaptive cruise control, an electronic parking brake, hill climb and descent assist and a Wading Sensing system.

The Jetour T2 is available in seven exterior paints. For the interior, buyers can choose from two colour themes. As for the standard warranty, it is for 10 years/1 million kilometres. Jetour has also devised a 3-year/40,000km service contract for the T2.
