Jaguar retires the F-PACE SUV with 90th anniversary and SVR 575 special editions

Jaguar sticks to its declaration of becoming an all-electric brand by 2025

The F-PACE, one of Jaguar’s most successful products, bagged the titles of the fastest-selling Jaguar ever and the most decorated Jaguar with over 90 awards and more than 328,000 units produced. And now, just a year before Jaguar’s declaration of going all-electric, the F-PACE is being retired with the brand celebrating the car’s success with the final ‘90th Anniversary Edition’.

The Jaguar F-PACE 90th anniversary special edition is based on the R-Dynamic trim. One can configure the car with optional extras such as diamond-cut alloys, a panoramic roof and privacy glass which are currently offered as well. The only special element in this special edition comes in the form of subtle badging beneath the taillights. These options can be applied to the S’, ‘SE’ and ‘HSE’ trim options and pure combustion, mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid engine options on offer.

Ones wanting to opt for the final Jaguar F-PACE in 400 Sport or SVR will not get the 90th anniversary badging on their SUV. But, they shouldn’t be disheartened as Jaguar will be retailing the 5.0-litre supercharged V8 F-PACE SVR in a new 575 Edition for the final year with a power increase of 25 PS to bump the total output to 575 PS or 567hp, making it the most powerful F-PACE ever. Coupled with 700Nm torques, the luxury performance SUV can now pull the sprint to 100kph in 4 seconds. There’s more for the potential SVR 575 Edition owners to rejoice as Jaguar will equip it with unique SVR bodywork, 22-inch forged alloy wheels, black-out grille and bumper elements across the car.

Rawdon Glover, Managing Director, Jaguar, said: “F-PACE has given new clients to the brand a choice of models from the efficient plug-in Electric Hybrid to the high-performance F-PACE SVR. With its inherent quality and design leadership, it has delighted our clients globally. As we prepare for an all-electric future, the 90th Anniversary Edition is a fitting tribute to nine decades of pioneering design, performance and innovation.”

Both the F-PACE 90th Anniversary Edition and SVR 575 Edition is available to order at Jaguar’s official website.
