JAC Motors launches its first EV in the UAE called the E30X
Prices start from AED 90,000 with personalization options on offer
JAC Motors, one of the most prominent Chinese car brands in the UAE market, recently launched its first electric car called the E30X in the region. The launch was hosted by Al Habtoor Motors, the exclusive distributor of JAC Motors in the UAE at the La Perle Theatre located in the heart of Dubai at Al Habtoor City. The Cornea Impression was invited to the launch of the JAC E30X electric car as well.
JAC Motors introduced the E30X electric vehicle as a revolutionary smart eco-mobility driving experience. Featuring a contemporary eye-catching design for the exteriors, the JAC E30X also boasts premium interiors comprising a panoramic sunroof and a 15.6-inch LCD infotainment screen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity.
Further creature comforts on the E30X include a heated and ventilated driver seat, a keyless driver entry system, a multi-function leather steering wheel, and a 64-colour interior ambient light system. Driver-aiding systems such as Lane Departure Warning, Blind-Spot Detection, and auto Headlamp Switching have also been incorporated.
Under the bonnet, the JAC E30X gets equipped with a 134hp permanent magnet synchronization motor with a 51.5kWh battery setup. JAC claims the E30X will run over 400 km on a single charge with DC charging systems capable of recharging 80% of the battery in only 30 minutes. An AC charging station can top up the full battery in 9 hours.
Prices for the JAC E30X start from AED 90,000 with a host of trim levels on offer. A host of colour options are available but JAC further offers opportunities for personalization within the E30X.
The launch event was attended by esteemed guests, including Mr. Mohammad Al Habtoor, Vice Chairman and CEO of Al Habtoor Group, Mr. Ahmed Al Habtoor, CEO of Al Habtoor Motors, and Mr. Karim Maksoud, Managing Director of Al Habtoor Motors.
