Heard About Audi Dubai’s ‘Pit Stop Service’?

Audi and Al Nabooda Automobiles, the authorised dealer partner of the German brand in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, have introduced a new after-sales initiative – Pit Stop Service. As the name suggests, it offers quick service for Audi vehicles. Currently available at the Dubai service centre, the Pit Stop Service is for the first to fifth scheduled services.

It has two options. The first is a 90-minute service for minor maintenance requirements (1st, 3rd and 5th services). Here, technicians perform tasks such as engine oil change, filter replacement and complete vehicle check, accompanied by a VHC (Vehicle Health Check) report.

The second option is a 120-minute service for more exhaustive procedures during the 2nd and the 4th scheduled services. These two services include extra jobs such as gear oil change, differential oil change, and oil and filter replacement. In both options – 90-minute and 120-minute – a car wash is included.

While the trained professionals are busy attending to vehicles, the owners can relax with complimentary refreshments, access to Wi-Fi and browse through the Audi Boutique.

The service centre can accommodate up to 14 vehicles per day. Those interested in availing of the Pit Stop Service can do so by booking an appointment, with slots available from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
