Five Year Love: Skoda Advantage Offers 5-Year Free Care Across All Cars

Skoda Advantage will be offered as standard across the entire Skoda model line-up in the UAE

Skoda Middle East is looking to set new standards in ownership expectations as the brand introduces Skoda Advantage to the region. With the new Skoda Advantage, every new Skoda in the Middle East region will come with a 5-5-5-5 package comprising conditional five year free scheduled service, five years of roadside assistance, five years of manufacturer warranty and proven 5-star NCAP safety rating on all models as standard. This new standardised package is aimed to offer long-term peace of mind as a fixed part of every Skoda customer experience.

Skoda claims this new Skoda Advantage package is not a promotional package or a limited-time offer. Instead, it is a standardised ownership commitment devised to simplify costs, remove uncertainty and deliver confidence throughout the ownership journey.

What is Skoda Advantage? (in detail)

Skoda has divided the benefits into four pillars of ownership experience.

5 years / 75,000 km free service
Every new Skoda will include manufacturer-prescribed service inspections for five years or
up to 75,000 km. The service inspections will be carried out at authorised service centres
across the region. Additionally, the service package will be linked to the vehicle and will continue to remain valid irrespective of ownership changes thereby supporting stronger residual value.

5 years / 150,000 km manufacturer warranty
Every new Skoda sold in the Middle East will now be covered by a five-year or 150,000 km manufacturer warranty, providing extended protection against manufacturing and material defects.

5 years Free Roadside Assistance, 24/7 support anywhere
A comprehensive Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme, offering five years of free 24/7 support within the country of registration will be included in the Skoda Advantage package. RSA coverage includes assistance for incidents such as flat tyres, battery issues, fuel shortages, locked vehicle keys (with the key left inside the vehicle) and unexpected breakdowns.

5-star NCAP safety rating
Skoda claims every newly developed Skoda model tested since 2008 has achieved a 5-star Euro NCAP (European New Car Assessment Programme) safety rating, even as testing protocols have become increasingly stringent.

Skoda states the new Skoda Advantage package approach will reinforce trust, transparency and confidence at every touchpoint, regardless of location. Commenting on the announcement, Lukas Honzak, Managing Director at Škoda Middle East, said: “With the introduction of the ŠKODA Advantage, we are setting a new benchmark for customer experience in the Middle East. It reflects our confidence in the quality and safety of our cars, and gives customers a clear advantage in the market. By making long-term service, warranty, roadside assistance, and 5-star safety standard across our range, we are removing uncertainty from ownership and delivering true peace of mind. This is how we translate Škoda’s commitment to quality into a better, more reassuring experience for our customers, designed to support everyday journeys and the moments that matter the most.”
