Dacia presents the Jogger Hybrid

140 PS, seven seats and 900 km of range for the first hybrid Dacia ever

Dacia is unveiling its first ever hybrid model, the Jogger Hybrid. The Jogger Hybrid is based on the Clio E-Tech and also features specific equipment. As well as being practical, with seven real seats, the Jogger Hybrid offers outstanding fuel economy and a competitive price.

Aesthetically, the Jogger Hybrid is discreet with a new grey colour and a Hybrid logo on the tailgate. For the rest, it is impossible to distinguish the Jogger Hybrid from the ICE Jogger. In the cabin, however, the changes are more pronounced. The main differences are the appearance of a 7-inch digital instrument cluster taken from the Clio E-Tech and a specific gearstick lever adding the B position.

The equipment is enriched with the electric parking brake and the front central armrest as standard. The rest is strictly identical to what can be found on the petrol Jogger. Under the bonnet, the Jogger Hybrid has a 1.6-litre four-cylinder developing 90 PS. This is combined with two electric motors, both developing 50 PS for a total power of 140 PS. The whole system is driven by a clutchless gearbox.

The battery, with a capacity of 1.2 kWh, allows an electric range of several kilometers depending on traffic conditions. In the city, Dacia claims that the Jogger Hybrid can be driven 80% of the time on full electric power, while the WLTP range is 900 km. The Jogger Hybrid will be available to order in January 2023 at prices starting at €24,600 for France.
