To strengthen its presence in Europe further, Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific has confirmed nonstop services to two more cities next summer. The airline will fly directly to Munich from its primary hub for the first time and relaunch its service to Brussels.
Starting June 16, 2025, flights to Munich will complement the carrier’s daily service to Frankfurt, Germany. Flight CX301 will depart from Hong Kong and land in Munich at 01:10 and 07:55, respectively. The return journey – CX300 – will start at 14:00 and conclude at 06:55 the next day. Cathay Pacific will serve this route four times weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The service to Brussels starts on August 3. Flight CX291 will depart from Hong Kong at 23:35 and land at 07:05 the next day. Those travelling the other will leave the Belgian capital at 16:15 aboard flight CX294 and arrive in Hong Kong at 09:45 the next day. The Hong Kong-Brussels route will also operate four times weekly. The flight times will change from August 13 onwards, with CX291 departing 15 minutes later and CX294 departing 2 hours and 50 minutes earlier.
On both routes, an Airbus A350-900 will ferry passengers. The twin-engined widebody aircraft will boast a three-class configuration, split among Business, Premium Economy, and Economy. In summer 2025, Cathay Pacific will operate up to 93 weekly flights to Europe, up from 78 currently. Besides flying to Munich and Brussels, it’ll run nonstop services to London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Manchester, Milan, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona and Zurich.
