All-new Slant Roof Renault Arkana Goes On Sale In UAE; Starts At AED 83,900
The compact Coupe SUV comes with Koleos-inspired looks with a sloping roofline, a 153 hp turbocharged 1.3-litre motor, optional Bose sound system and available driver-assistance safety features
Here comes yet another stylish Coupe SUV, this time from the French automaker Renault! Arabian Automobiles, the exclusive distributor for Renault in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, has unveiled the all-new Renault Arkana. The Arkana Coupe SUV is a significant model, added to its current lineup under the ‘Nouvelle Vague’ initiative which focusses on style, sophistication and performance in the SUV segment.
Exterior: Koleos-inspired bodywork with a slant roof; 17″ or 18″ alloys
The Arkana has been designed to be a C-segment Coupe SUV and draws much of its styling details from its Koleos sibling. The highlight of this future-forward design is its sloping rear roofline. It also has a deep glossy black band that connects the redesigned LED headlights for a more distinctive presence, an integrated Nouvel’R logo in the diamond-pattern front grille. The Arkana is available in three trims: “evolution”, “techno”, and the high-end “esprit Alpine”. Each offers unique elements like satin chrome and dark chrome accents. The aerodynamic blade, a hallmark of the R.S. Line and E-Tech Engineered versions, is now included in the Techno and Esprit Alpine trims, matching the body color in the Techno version and Satin Grey in the Esprit Alpine version. Depending on the trim, the Akrana will be fitted with either 17-inch Bahamas grey, 18-inch silverstone black diamond-cut or 18-inch Alpine alloy wheels.
Interior: Driver-oriented cabin; portrait-style screen up to 9.3″ & optional Bose sound system
The Arkana get a stylish driver-oriented cabin with a 3-spoke steering wheel, portrait-style infotainment system angled towards the driver and ambient lighting. The Renault EASY LINK infotainment system is designed to meet navigation and connectivity needs and is compatible with both wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also gets a 7-inch digital dashboard. While the sizes for the vertically-oriented infotainment screen sizes vary from 7 inches to 9.3 inches (for the top 2 variants). The top-tier Esprit Alpine trim also features bespoke elements such as a satin grey front blade and shale grey badging, and the interior boasts a mix of Eco Tep and imitation suede, enhanced with blue stitching and the Alpine logo. The arkamys Classic sound system with 6 speakers comes standard, but the techno and espirit Alpine models can also be optioned with Bose audio systems.
Powertrain: turbo 1.3L motor w/ 7 spd- DCT; FWD
Built on the CMF-B modular platform, the Arkana is powered by an “efficient” TCe 155 engine, which is coupled to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, with the power going to the front wheels. The 1,333 cc motor makes max. output of 153 hp at 5,500 and a top torque of 262 Nm at 2,250, which helps it hit a 100 km/h from a standstill in 9.1 seconds and a 205 km/h top speed. It is also equipped with a 50-litre fuel tank and is capable of towing up to 900 kg (braked).

Safety features include the Electronic Stability Program, TMPS, Blind Spot Warning, and a suite of other advanced driver-assistance systems like a 360-degree camera.
The all-new 2025 Renault Arkana is now available at all Arabian Automobiles Renault showrooms with prices starting at AED 83,900 for the base evolution variant, which is followed by the techno variant priced at AED 96,500 and at the top of the range is espirit Alpine at AED 107,500.
