What is the CFMoto XO Papio Racer?
The CFMoto XO Papio Racer is a fun mini motorcycle that blends retro café-racer styling with a modern 126cc engine engineered for daily commuting needs.
What engine does it use?
The Papio Racer uses a 126cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled engine with EFI. This 126cc single-cylinder engine produces around 7.0 kW or 9.2 hp at 8,250 rpm and 9.2 Nm of torque.
While those figures don’t sound much on paper, for a lightweight minimoto the engine should be more than enough for urban use, with plenty of character, which is exactly what a small fun motorcycle should deliver.
What are the key specifications?
The CFMoto features a lightweight chassis riding on 12-inch cast alloy wheels; the minimoto weighs around 114kg. The minimoto measures about 1,750mm long, 700mm wide and 975mm high, with a 1,214mm wheelbase and 760mm seat height.
On the suspension side, the minimoto comes with a USD front fork with 96mm of suspension travel and a central monoshock with 96mm of suspension travel.
As for the braking hardware, the bike comes equipped with a 210mm single disc with a twin-piston floating calliper at the front and a 190mm single disc with a single-piston floating calliper at the rear. The braking hardware also comes with Dual Channel ABS.
Does it have modern equipment too?
The CFMoto XO Papio Racer does get its fair share of modern features such as full LED lighting, twin circular headlights, and a 3″ round LCD instrument console.
