What is Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort?
Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort is a luxury lifestyle and equestrian destination now confirmed for the Saudi capital. Shaza Hotels, known for hospitality inspired by the Silk Route and the Arabian Peninsula, has agreed to manage the property under a Hotel Management Agreement with FSM Hospitality Company. His Highness Prince Fahad bin Saad Al Saud chairs the owning company, while Her Highness Princess Fahdah bint Saud Al Saud serves as Managing Director. The two companies signed the agreement during the Future Hospitality Summit Saudi Arabia 2026 in Riyadh. The deal builds on a partnership they had already established.
Where will the resort be located?
The resort will sit in Al Jubailah, on the edge of Riyadh, across a site of roughly 63,500 square metres. The setting is open and natural, and the design leans into it. Rather than a conventional city hotel, the property takes shape as an outdoor destination where equestrian living, recreation and luxury accommodation share the same landscape.

What equestrian facilities will it offer?
The equestrian club sits at the centre of the project. Plans include 100 horse boxes and three professional arenas, alongside dedicated trails for riding, cycling and walking through the surrounding terrain. Together, these facilities aim to honour Saudi Arabia’s equestrian heritage. Furthermore, they will frame it as a refined and modern hospitality experience for residents and international guests alike.

What accommodation and amenities are planned?
The resort will offer 120 keys in total: 30 luxury villas and 90 rooms and suites. Also, guests will find a signature spa, paddle courts, football fields, and a large leisure pool for families. Dining runs throughout the site too, from indoor and outdoor restaurants to a clubhouse and coffee lounges, creating vibrant social spaces. As a result, the property reaches across several audiences at once, from wellness travellers and families to equestrian enthusiasts.

Why is Shaza expanding in Saudi Arabia?
Shaza’s leadership frames the Kingdom as one of the most important hospitality markets it serves. That presents the resort as a means of supporting Vision 2030 tourism goals through differentiated destinations. Accordingly, the company positions Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort as distinct from anything else in its portfolio, combining luxury, sport, wellness and equestrian tradition on a single site. Beyond Riyadh, the project also adds to Shaza’s presence in Makkah and to a wider footprint spanning the Middle East, East Africa, Turkey, Central Asia and North America.
