Dennison unveils a beautiful new watch in collaboration with Collectability

The Dennison + Collectability 2025 Edition is an elegant 1960’s inspired dress watch that can be worn every day. Available in both a stainless steel and gold PVD case, it is powered by a Ronda quartz movement. It comes with an affordable price tag.

Dennison has collaborated with Collectability to unveil the Dennison + Collectability 2025 Edition Sunray Dial watch. It is Dennison Watch Company’s first ever collaboration, and Collectability’s first attempt at creating a watch.

The Dennison + Collectability 2025 Edition revives the classic Dennison cushion-shaped case and features a minimalistic two-tone dial, paying tribute to the “elegance of the 1960s.”

Dennison Watch Company

Dennison Watch Company was revived about six months ago, debuting the cushion-shaped A.L.D. collection.

“Founded in 1874, Dennison is one of the historic names in Anglo-American watchmaking. For nearly a century, the company produced cases for some of the most prestigious Swiss brands — including Rolex, Omega, and Jaeger-LeCoultre — before stepping out of the spotlight. Today, the brand reconnects with its rich legacy through timepieces designed by celebrated Swiss designer Emmanuel Gueit, the creative force behind the Royal Oak Offshore and the Rolex 1908.”

Collectability

Founded by John Reardon, Collectability is a renowned secondary market platform for all things Patek Philippe. John Reardon is a globally recognized authority on Patek Philippe. Prior to Collectability, he was the International Head of Watches at Christie’s.

A meeting with Stéphane Cheikh, Managing Director of Dennison Watch Company in Geneva during Auctions Week led to this collaboration. Both “bonded over a shared love for bold case designs and vibrant dials. So impressed was Reardon by the quality and price of Dennison’s inaugural A.L.D. Collection that he purchased one for himself — and for each of his children. That encounter sparked the idea: a watch that would capture the spirit of a bygone era with a distinctly modern twist.”

Key Features

“It was at Dennison that he (John Reardon) found the ideal balance of elegant simplicity, heritage, and quiet style — a watch with character and wearability, designed for the everyday.”

Functions

Hours and minutes.

Dial

Minimalistic two-tone dial with a sunray finish.

“The shape. The difference between Dennison and the other brands is the shape. It is bringing the old shape back alive, back upfront again. Something different.”Emmanuel Gueit

Our Thoughts

“This collaboration breaks the mold, offering a design and price point that make the perfect watch not a future aspiration but an immediate reality. It’s not for the next generation. It’s for NOW.”John Reardon

I first came across Dennison few months ago when a friend posted a wrist shot on a watch group that I am a part of. I was intrigued and visited the brand’s website and Instagram page to learn more. Fast forward a few months, I came across news of Collectability’s upcoming collaboration with Dennison, further piquing my curiosity.

When John Reardon decides to collaborate with a watch brand, you know something interesting is cooking. After all, he is a global authority on Patek Philippe and has knowledge of and experience with their most significant watches, including simple dress watches (Calatrava and Golden Ellipse for example).

I love dress watches. Nothing makes me happier (horologically off course) than a two or three hand dress watch done right. Dress watches are making a strong comeback across the spectrum of brands and price points. I waited in anticipation for what Collectability and Dennison would come up with.

To my eyes, the Dennison + Collectability 2025 Edition looks beautiful. A watch I would love to own and wear. A vintage inspired case design. Minimalistic two-tone dial. Ultra-thin. Premium quartz movement. Leather strap. Swiss Made. An affordable price tag.

The Dennison + Collectability 2025 Edition proves that beauty, elegance, and quality does not have to cost an arm and a leg.
