Vyntage Horology introduced the Strata during the seventh edition of Dubai Watch Week 2025, held during 19th – 23rd November. It is the third all-new model from the brand, which up until now has been dominated by the Monograph (monopusher chronograph model) and Purity (hours-minutes-small seconds model) unveiled in various limited-edition dial and case versions.
Vyntage Horology is a UAE based independent watch brand founded by the Seddiqi family. They are the owners of Ahmed Seddiqi, the foremost watch and jewellery retailer in the Middle East and among the top worldwide. Dubai Watch Week is an initiative of Ahmed Seddiqi.

Functions and Operation
Central hours and minutes. Date indicated via an aperture at 3 o’clock. Winding, time-and date setting via the crown at 3 o’clock.
Dial
Burgundy-coloured dial with a unique “Diamond Tessellation” pattern. The silvered hour and minute hands and hour-markers are brushed, feature polished bevels, and filled with Super-LumiNova C1 X2 GL.
Case and Bracelet
Case is made from Grade 5 titanium. Diameter: 40 mm. Thickness: 8.92 mm. Dial side features a flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. Caseback features a flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating treatment on the inside. Water resistant up to 10 ATM or approximately 100 metres. Integrated bracelet is made from Grade 5 titanium. It features an extension length buckle.
Movement
Powered by calibre VHM-3.01, an automatic movement crafted by Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier that drives the hours, minutes, and date. Diameter: 30 mm. Thickness: 3 mm. Parts: 160. Jewels 29. Frequency: 21,600 vph or 3 Hz. Power reserve: 48 hours. Movement features a variable-inertia or free-sprung balance wheel, and an off-centered micro-rotor crafted from tungsten.
Our Thoughts
We attended the Strata’s unveiling on the first day of Dubai Watch Week. Mohammed Abdulmagied Seddiqi did the honours by introducing a special guest on the stage – Rexhep Rexhepi, the globally renowned independent watchmaker. He was asked to provide his expertise during the watch’s development; mostly overall design and case finishing which he humbly described to the audience. The watches from his two brands – Akrivia and Rexhep Rexhepi – are among the most sought after in the world.
An ultra-thin grade 5 titanium sports watch with an integrated bracelet powered by a sophisticated slow-beat movement and featuring design inputs from one of the rockstars of independent watchmaking! The Strata further illustrates Vyntage Horology’s confidence, and coming of age as an independent brand in its own right.
