Volkswagen Middle East Unveils The All-New Jetta

In a move that revives one of the region's most popular sedans, Volkswagen Middle East has announced the launch of the all-new Jetta.

Volkswagen Middle East officially launched the all-new Jetta, marking the long-awaited return of a model that is among the most iconic in the sedan segment. Since its global debut in 1979, the Jetta has enjoyed widespread success with sales exceeding 14 million units. Today, it returns with a stronger and more mature presence than ever before, featuring significant improvements in size, technology, and performance.

The new Volkswagen Jetta boasts a bold design that resonates with the needs of modern drivers in the Middle East. It is the largest in the model’s history, measuring 4.81 metres in length with a 2.73-metre wheelbase, providing class-leading interior space, particularly in the rear. The front fascia features a floating grille with an integrated LED strip, while IQ.Light LED Matrix headlights and illuminated badges at the front and rear create a striking visual presence. Taut body lines and flat-bottomed door handles complement the 17- or 18-inch alloy wheels, showcasing the car’s sophisticated and confident character.

Inside, the Jetta blends practical luxury with a contemporary ambience, featuring soft-touch materials, elegant leather seats, and 30-colour ambient lighting. It also offers ample storage, including a 509-litre trunk, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone Climatronic climate control, remote start, keyless entry, and a hands-free power liftgate.

The Jetta puts technology at the heart of the experience, offering a 12.9- or 15-inch infotainment system with App-Connect support, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, and a six-speaker audio system. Front and rear USB ports provide convenient connectivity for all passengers.

red by a 1.5-litre TSI engine producing 158 hp and 250 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed DSG transmission, delivering a smooth ride and responsive handling both in the city and on the highway. Intelligent driver assistance systems include adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane assist, and park distance control with front and rear sensors.

The Jetta is available in three trims: Trendline, Comfortline, and Highline, with prices ranging from $24,900 to $29,500.
