Vahé Vartzbed is the new CEO of HYT Watches

Vahé Vartzbed has been appointed the new CEO of HYT Watches, beginning from July 1, 2024. He joined HYT Watches as General Manager in August 2023.

HYT Watches, founded in 2021, and based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is an independent Swiss timepiece brand that “developed an original and exclusive technology which combines a mechanical movement with a retrograde time display which uses fluid circulating through a system of capillary tubes.”

Vahé Vartzbed’s prior experiences includes roles – mostly sales and commercial development – at:

– Roger Dubuis from 2009 onwards in Dubai and Switzerland.

– Girard-Perregaux during 2015 – 2020.

– Greubel Forsey during 2020 – 2023.

These varied roles gave him invaluable experience and a successful track record in key markets such as MENAI (Middle East North Africa and India), Asia, Europe, and America. This, coupled with his time at HYT Watches since his joining in August 2023, has led to his appointment as the brand’s new CEO. His “goal is to continue to develop the brand’s strategy and ambitions as it moves towards new chapters in its history, the first of which – the T1 Series – was unveiled in April 2024.”
