Volkswagen Middle East has officially announced the return of the all-new Passat to the region, combining German engineering precision with best-in-class comfort and innovation.
The new Passat is the longest in its class, measuring 4.99 metres and boasting a 2.87-metre wheelbase. It features ventilated front and rear seats with a massage function, soft rear headrests, a three-zone intelligent climate control system, and 30-colour ambient lighting.
From the outside, the new Volkswagen Passat features a sleek front fascia, an LED light bar connecting the grille and headlights, and illuminated Volkswagen badges that enhance the car’s distinctive presence. Intelligent IQ.Light LED matrix headlights adapt to surrounding traffic, while dynamic turn signals and red LED taillights add a touch of sophistication, ensuring a confident presence day and night.
Inside, the Volkswagen Passat boasts a 15-inch infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and a head-up display that projects all the information the driver needs. Additional features such as App-Connect (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), front and rear USB ports, wireless charging, and a high-resolution audio system ensure comfort and convenience for all passengers.
The car comes equipped with either a 1.5-litre TSI or a 2.0-litre TSI engine, producing up to 217 hp and 350 Nm of torque, both paired with a seven-speed DSG transmission. Safety and driver-assistance systems include adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, front assist, and pedestrian detection. A pre-collision occupant protection system further enhances driver confidence.
The all-new Passat is available in three trims: Trendline, Comfortline, and Highline, with prices ranging from $29,700 to $37,500.
