Yesterday, we at The Cornea Impression attended the launch of the new OPPO Reno 14 series. This new collection, which includes the Oppo Reno 14 F 5G, the Oppo Reno 14 5G, and the Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G, aims to blend stylish design with powerful features and next-level mobile photography. A major highlight is the series’ advanced AI capabilities, developed in partnership with Google Gemini, which promise to deliver unparalleled performance and intelligent features.
According to Lay Ren, President of OPPO MENA, the Reno series has sold over 130 million units globally, and this new lineup is set to continue its leadership with cutting-edge AI and photography. All phones in the series are equipped with AI Livephoto 2.0 and advanced AI editing tools. They also come with an impressive IP69 rating for exceptional durability and peace of mind.
The OPPO Reno14 F 5G stands out with its unique Iridescent Mermaid Design, achieved through a special Iridescent Glow Process. This phone is lightweight and ultra-slim, available in Opal Blue and Luminous Green. It’s also called the “king of flash photography” due to its 50MP main camera with a large Sony sensor and a powerful dual-flash system that’s 100% brighter than previous models. This ensures clear, vivid photos even in low light. For gamers, it features an AI Ultra-thin Dual-Drive Cooling System and a massive 6,000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge, offering up to 2.24 days of use.
The OPPO Reno14 5G elevates elegance with a fingerprint-free Velvet Glass back and a flagship One-Piece Sculpted Glass design. It features a triple-camera setup with a 3.5x telephoto lens and a 50MP flagship Sony sensor. Its triple-lamp flash is twice as bright as the previous generation. With a 6,000mAh+ battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging, it can reach a full charge in just 48 minutes. For pro-level creativity, the top-of-the-line OPPO Reno14 Pro 5G comes in a sophisticated Titanium Grey. It features a full-range, ultra-clear triple camera system, with all three lenses (wide, main, and telephoto) boasting a massive 50MP resolution. Powered by the Dimensity 8450 processor, it supports 4K HDR video at all focal lengths and can record up to 4 hours of 4K HDR video. It has a larger battery and supports both 80W wired and 50W wireless SUPERVOOC Flash Charge.
All phones in the series run on the AI-driven ColorOS 15, which is deeply integrated with Google Gemini for a system-level AI experience. The Gemini app comes pre-installed and will soon connect to native OPPO apps, enhancing productivity and creativity. To celebrate the launch, OPPO is offering exclusive pre-order bundles and a trade-in promotion in the UAE.
