Redesigned Audi Q7 SUV Goes On Sale In The Middle East; Prices Start At 339,000 In Dubai

Highlights include a refined minimalist design, third-party app support, two turbocharged powertrain options and a 507 hp SQ7 variant that does 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds

The newly redesigned 2nd generation Audi Q7 has been revealed for the Middle East market. The luxury 7-seater SUV which has been a popular choice among UAE residents for over a decade has been revised inside and out, bringing with it a host of changes in terms of design, technology, comfort and powertrain.

Exterior: Refined minimalism w/ new hexagonal grille & luminaires

The largest and most versatile SUV in Audi lineup, the Q7, embodies a refreshed take on the brand’s minimalist design language. The Audi Singleframe grille has a new hexagonal design, and the interplay between the grille, higher-positioned headlights and new colour-framed air intakes create a pronounced front-end. The sporty S-line exterior package adds accentuated side air intakes, while the optional Black and Black Plus optics packages offer further distinctions, complementing the HD Matrix LED headlights and digital OLED rear lights, rendering a more premium outlook. The range-topping SQ7’s sporty design includes a redesigned spoiler and diffuser, larger air intakes with honeycomb grilles, and standard 21-inch wheels, with an option for 22-inch size.

Interior: Seating for 7, updated infotainment and several personalisation options

The interior of the Audi Q7 features a variable interior concept, providing ample space for up to seven passengers, making it ideal for leisurely family outings or business trips. Customers can personalise their Q7 with a range of interior options, including decorative inlays, seat designs with contrasting stitching, and advanced driver assistance systems. The updated infotainment system now supports third-party applications, providing better integration and connectivity.

Powertrain: 2 turbocharged options; range-topping 507 hp SQ7 hits 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds

The Audi Q7 will be available with two engine options. The 45 TFSI, features a four-cylinder petrol engine delivering 252 hp and 370 Nm of torque allowing it to get from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. While the more powerful 55 TFSI, which uses a turbocharged V6 configuration is able to put out 335 hp and 500 Nm of torque allowing it to manage a 0 to 100 km/h time of 5.6 seconds and 250 km/h top speed . This performance is supported by advanced suspension systems, including electronically controlled air suspension with adaptive damping. On the highway, the suspension automatically lowers itself by up to 30 millimetres, improving stability, while the Lift function in Audi drive select, increasing ground clearance by up to 60 millimetres boosts off-road capabilities. It also comes with quattro all-wheel drive, and optional all-wheel steering that is designed to ensure superior ride comfort and directional control. Additionally, the Q7 is equipped with ADAS which comprises of adaptive cruise control and lane assist. At the top of range sit the Audi SQ7 TFSI which features a V8 TFSI petrol engine that produces 507 hp and 770 Nm of torque allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds. The SQ7 is equipped with an advanced suspension package, including torque vectoring and electromechanical active roll stabilisation (eAWS), for added dynamism. 

The redesigned Audi Q7 range is now available at Audi showrooms across the Middle East. Prices in Dubai start at AED 339,000.
