The C7 generation of the Corvette saw a Grand Sport variant procured between 2017 and 2019. It was a high-performance variant combining the 460hp 6.2L LT1 V8 engine from the Z51 Stingray with the widebody chassis, suspension, and braking components of the Z06. It is a daily driver that wouldn’t really feel out of place on a racetrack. The Grand Sport continues to offer a broad range of capabilities. Standard cars come with Magnetic Ride Control, a more road-friendly suspension setup, and Michelin all-season tyres. It’s designed to handle daily driving just as well as occasional spirited use.
