Inside Aston Martin’s First Real Estate Project in Asia

Situated in Tokyo’s prestigious Omotesando district, N°001 Minami Aoyama represents Aston Martin’s inaugural standalone luxury residence in Asia. This four-story townhouse, developed in partnership with VIBROA Inc. of Japan, signifies a significant progression in the brand’s expanding real estate portfolio, following notable projects such as the Aston Martin Residences in Miami and The Astera on Al Marjan Island.

The residence, spread over an area of 724 sq.m. and built on a slope, features a basement equipped with a private spa, wine cellar, gym, and golf simulator. One of the most striking elements is the automotive gallery. It is a glass panelled space that puts two Aston Martins on display as design objects, fully visible from the lounge.

From the adaptive lighting and sculptural staircase to the Molteni&C furnishing and Bowers & Wilkins audio, every element was curated to showcase Aston Martin’s distinctive design language. The rooftop terrace adds a final touch with views of Tokyo Tower, a green roof section, and space to entertain.

This project showcases Aston Martin’s continued push into Asia, not just in cars, but in lifestyle driven experiences.
