Porsche is set to elevate the Icons of Porsche festival to an entirely new dimension in 2025 with the launch of the Icons of Porsche Travel Experience. For the first time in the Middle East, the brand is combining the spirit of its biggest regional festival with a five-day luxury journey across the United Arab Emirates, designed to indulge enthusiasts with driving thrills, five-star accommodation, and exclusive cultural experiences.
A Dreamy List Of Porsches On Tour
Participants can pick from an enviable selection of Stuttgart’s finest sports cars, including models such as the 911 GTS, the track-honed 911 GT3 and its more understated Touring variant, and the mid-engined 718 Spyder RS and 718 GT4 RS.
These cars represent the pinnacle of Porsche’s engineering, from the 4.0-litre flat-six engines of the GT3 variants capable of revving beyond 9,000 rpm, to the razor-sharp agility of the RS-badged 718s. Experiencing them all in a single itinerary is a rare opportunity — precisely what Porsche intends to do with the Travel Experience.
Roads Worthy of Icons
The driving stages have been carefully curated to showcase the most dramatic roads and landscapes the UAE has to offer. One of the highlights is the ascent to Jebel Jais, the country’s highest peak at 1,934 metres above sea level. Its 12-kilometre dual-lane road snakes through countless hairpins and switchbacks and has been hailed by Road & Track magazine as one of the world’s greatest driving roads.

From vast desert expanses rich with heritage to futuristic skylines dotted with architectural marvels, the routes combine every facet of the region into an unforgettable drive. Before setting out, participants will sharpen their skills at the FIA-sanctioned Dubai Autodrome, receiving professional coaching on the track to make the most of the road stages that follow.
Indulgence Beyond the Drive
When the engines are switched off for the day, the experience continues with world-class luxury and indulgence. Overnight stays are scheduled at properties such as Atlantis The Royal, Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi, The Chedi Al Bait, and the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah — the official hotel partner of Icons of Porsche.
Culinary highlights include a four-course dinner at Estiatorio Milos in Atlantis The Royal, accompanied by the spectacular Skyblaze fire-and-water fountain show, as well as a dining experience at Farmhouse by Syrco, where local ingredients and traditions inspire contemporary flavours.
A Dash Of Adventure
For those who crave even more adrenaline, Jebel Jais offers the world’s longest certified zipline, stretching 2,830 metres down the mountain, allowing thrill-seekers to fly back to earth. The travel experience is further tied to Porsche’s flagship festival with two waves of itineraries.
The first runs from November 19 to 23 and concludes with attendance at Icons of Porsche, while the second begins at the festival on November 23 and continues with the driving programme until November 27.
Beyond The Horizon
The 2025 Icons of Porsche Travel Experience is only the beginning. Porsche has confirmed that, from 2026 onwards, the Travel Experience will expand across the region, with routes planned in the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
For now, however, the inaugural edition offers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to sample Porsche’s most desirable cars, carve through some of the most celebrated roads in the Middle East, and immerse oneself in the unique festival atmosphere that only Porsche can create.
