The Brabus 900 Mint and Brabus 900 Superblack represent a historic first for Brabus, as they are the brand’s first-ever supercars based on a Lamborghini. Both are built on the Lamborghini Urus SE, marking Brabus’ entry into Lamborghini tuning with a full Masterpiece-level conversion.
Are the two cars mechanically different?
No. Underneath the bodywork and interior themes, both cars are mechanically identical. They share the same hybrid powertrain, performance figures, chassis setup, and aerodynamic hardware. The differentiation is entirely visual and experiential.
What engine do both models use?
Both are based on the Urus SE with a plug-in hybrid system, combining a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 with an electric motor integrated into the eight-speed automatic transmission. Brabus’ tuning focuses on the combustion engine, while the electric motor remains factory-calibrated.
With the Brabus PowerXtra LG40-900 upgrade, the total system output rises to 900hp and peak torque to 1,050Nm. Power delivery blends instant electric response with sustained high-speed V8 performance. It accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and goes on to an electronically limited top speed of 312km/h, placing them among the fastest performance SUVs currently available.
Chassis, Wheels, and Aerodynamics
Both cars ride on 24-inch Brabus Monoblock Z “Platinum Edition” forged wheels with 295 section tyres up front and a massive 355-section setup at the rear. A Brabus SportXtra lowering module reduces ride height by up to 20mm.
Both feature the Brabus Widestar carbon body kit, including a redesigned front fascia with larger air intakes, carbon wheel-arch extensions, a rear diffuser with vertical fins, and a roof-mounted spoiler for improved high-speed stability.
Brabus 900 Mint
The Brabus 900 Mint adopts a full monochrome approach finished in Brabus Special Paint MINT. Carbon aerodynamic components, wheels, brake hardware, and exterior trim are all colour-matched, creating a concept-car-style visual impact.
The cabin is trimmed entirely in Stone Mint leather as part of the Brabus Masterpiece interior programme. Ellipse quilting extends across seats, doors, dashboard, floor, and luggage compartment, creating a continuous colour and texture theme rarely seen in high-performance SUVs.
Brabus 900 Superblack
The Superblack follows Brabus’ classic “Black & Bold” approach. The body is finished in black, while newly developed aerodynamic components are executed in exposed carbon fibre, allowing form and material to define the design rather than colour.
The Masterpiece interior is finished in black leather with Ellipse quilting and subtle Brabus embossing. Exposed carbon trim dominates the cabin, creating a restrained, motorsport-inspired environment that contrasts sharply with the MINT’s extroverted theme.
