Emirates And AEGEAN Now Providing Reciprocal Frequent Flyer Benefits

The partnership expansion was announced during this year’s Arabian Travel Market.

During this year’s Arabian Travel Market, which concluded last week, two long-standing business partners came together and announced an expansion in their ties. Dubai-based Emirates and Greece’s AEGEAN Group have decided to offer frequent flyer members reciprocal loyalty benefits. While Emirates Skywards members can earn and redeem Miles on all flights operated by AEGEAN and its subsidiary Olympic Air to 162 destinations across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa from May 5, 2025, the Miles+Bonus members will be able to do the same on flights to over 140 destinations across six continents from May 21, 2025.

Emirates passengers can conveniently connect to 14 Greek cities, four destinations in Europe, and Dubai via Athens, courtesy of the airline’s codeshare with AEGEAN. On the other hand, AEGEAN travellers have access to Emirates’ flights from Athens to Newark, and from the Greek capital to Dubai.

Emirates Skywards members can get up to 1.25 Miles per mile flown, depending on the fare type and class of travel chosen on all AEGEAN flights. The accumulated miles can be redeemed for tickets with the two carriers, starting with 8,000 Miles for a one-way Economy class reward ticket and 17,500 Miles for a single sector Business class reward ticket.

Reciprocally, AEGEAN’s Miles+Bonus members can earn Miles on all eligible flights operated by the Dubai-born carrier Emirates, depending on the fare type chosen while purchasing the ticket. Those can be redeemed for Emirates Economy Class and Business Class tickets to over 140 destinations globally.
