Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific has announced that it will resume direct passenger flights to Hyderabad starting March 30, 2025. This route will be operated thrice weekly until August 31, 2025. Then, from the following day, the frequency will increase to five weekly.
Flight CX673 will depart from Hong Kong and arrive in Hyderabad at 21:45 and 00:45 the next day, respectively. The return leg – CX672 – will fly out of the capital of India’s Telangana state at 01:50 and land in Hong Kong at 09:50. The departure timing for flight CX673 will be 10 minutes early between March 30 and May 15, 2025, and between September 16 and October 25.
On the route mentioned above, a two-class Airbus A330-300 will ferry passengers. The aircraft will feature Business and Economy cabins. Cathay Pacific currently operates 31 return passenger flights every week to four destinations across India: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The count will rise to 39 weekly by March 30 next year and 43 per week by the beginning of September 2025. That number comprises the Hong Kong-Hyderabad route, double daily services to Delhi, 10 weekly flights to Mumbai, and daily services to Bengaluru and Chennai.
