Cadillac Elevates CT5-V Blackwing with Precision Package

Under the hood, the iconic 6.2-litre supercharged V8 engine remains unchanged, delivering 668 horsepower and 659 lb-ft of torque.

Cadillac has unveiled the Precision Package for its 2025 CT5-V Blackwing, a performance-focused upgrade designed to enhance the car’s on-track capabilities without compromising its luxury and refinement. This package represents Cadillac’s commitment to delivering exceptional driving experiences for enthusiasts.

The Precision Package introduces a series of chassis enhancements, including stiffer springs, larger stabilizer bars, and revised suspension bushings. New steering knuckles and rear suspension toe links allow for more aggressive wheel alignment settings, further sharpening the car’s handling. These modifications, combined with recalibrated dampers, steering, and electronic limited-slip differential, result in improved steering precision, increased cornering stability, and enhanced road feel.

To complement the chassis upgrades, the Precision Package includes a carbon ceramic brake package, providing exceptional stopping power and durability under demanding track conditions.

The 2025 CT5-V Blackwing itself boasts a refreshed design with a new grille, front fascia, and colour options. Under the hood, the iconic 6.2-litre supercharged V8 engine remains unchanged, delivering 668 horsepower and 659 lb-ft of torque. Drivers can choose between a six-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission.

Cadillac’s focus on performance and driver engagement is evident in the CT5-V Blackwing and its Precision Package. This combination of power, handling, and luxury positions the car as a formidable contender in the high-performance sedan segment.

While the standard CT5-V Blackwing is already a formidable machine, the Precision Package takes it to an even higher level, catering to the most demanding driving enthusiasts.
