Arabian Automobiles, part of the AW Rostamani Group and the official Infiniti distributor for Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, has announced the launch of the Infiniti QX80 54th National Day Edition. Created in partnership with Damas Jewellery, this exclusive release is limited to only seven vehicles. The collaboration marks a first-of-its-kind union between automotive excellence and fine jewellery artistry, paying homage to the UAE’s heritage, identity, and forward-looking vision.
The unveiling ceremony was attended by Hossam Baghdadi, Chief Operating Officer of AWR Automotive, who welcomed Ananthanarayanan Hariharan, CEO of Damas Jewellery, along with Rajneesh Damodaran, Director of Retail, Product, and Marketing at Damas. The occasion highlighted the significance of this strategic collaboration between two prominent regional brands.
At the heart of this special edition is a bespoke, dashboard-mounted jewel that elevates personalisation and luxury in automotive design. Inspired by the seven constellations visible in the UAE sky on December 2, 1971—the night of the nation’s union—the piece features a 9-karat white gold structure adorned with a refined star design set with 38 lab-grown diamonds. Resting on a silver base finished with black rhodium plating, the jewel is entirely handcrafted by Damas artisans, symbolising the UAE’s purity, strength, and evolving spirit.
Designed with exceptional attention to detail, the 54th National Day Edition of the QX80 commemorates the nation’s extraordinary journey. More than a commemorative model, it stands as a powerful symbol of national pride, reflecting the UAE’s transformation from its historic roots to a future defined by innovation, opportunity, and ambition.
The evening also showcased the winter collection by Emirati luxury fashion label The Orphic, founded by sisters Amna and Maryam Al Mualla, underscoring the AW Rostamani Group’s dedication to nurturing local creative talent. Guests were further treated to an immersive sensory experience by Jannat tea, led by its founder, Mrs. Machiko Gozen, a descendant of a 13-generation samurai lineage. The presentation featured an exclusive selection of teas, including the world’s first tea crafted with French oak in collaboration with Gustave Eiffel, blending heritage with innovation.
Only seven units of the 54th UAE National Day Infiniti QX80 Edition will be produced, each one a coveted collector’s piece and a lasting tribute to the nation’s unity, progress, and limitless horizons.
