The campaign covers several brands, such as Citroën, DS Automobiles, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Opel. Below is a table with a more specific list of affected vehicles:
Owners are highly advised to verify their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and, if applicable, arrange for a complimentary airbag replacement at authorised service centres. Vehicles exceeding ten years of age may be particularly susceptible, presenting significant hazards due to inflator deterioration in the region’s extreme climate. In the event of a rupture, metal fragments could penetrate the cabin, posing a risk of injury or fatality.
Stellantis has launched a VIN Check Tool to assist customers. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM customers in the Middle East can also use Mopar Middle East for appointments.
