airBaltic Announces 16 New Routes From Three Bases

Tickets are already available with one-way, all-inclusive fares starting at EUR 59.

Latvia’s flag carrier, airBaltic, has announced 16 new routes to bolster connectivity from its three hubs. The list includes four new routes from Riga, five from Tallinn, and seven from Vilnius.

Starting with Latvia’s capital, the airline has confirmed direct connections to Rzeszow in Poland (beginning October 28, 2024), Cluj-Napoca in Romania (from May 2, 2025), Stavanger in Norway (from June 3, 2025), and Mykonos in Greece (starting June 5, 2025). Barring Mykonos, where the carrier will operate one weekly service, airBaltic will fly two weekly flights to the other three new destinations.

From Tallinn, the airline will operate two weekly flights to Barcelona (Spain) from February 19, 2025. The next new route will go live on April 13, 2025, when up to two weekly services will fly to Palma De Mallorca (Spain). Following that, two weekly flights to Hamburg (Germany), one weekly service to Reykjavik (Iceland) and two weekly flights to Tirana (Albania) will begin on May 2, May 14 and June 2, 2025, respectively.

Lastly, there are seven new routes from Vilnius. Two go live on March 30, 2025, with two weekly flights to Tel Aviv (Israel) and Prague (Czech Republic). Similarly, two more will go operational on April 2, 2025, with one weekly service to Chisinau (Moldova) and two weekly flights to Rhodes (Greece). airBaltic will operate two weekly flights to the last three new routes – Valencia in Spain (from April 16), Tirana in Albania (starting June 3) and Ibiza in Spain (beginning June 5, 2025).

Tickets to all the above-mentioned new routes are already available. One-way fares, including all taxes, start as low as EUR 59 for Economy and EUR 219 for Business Class.

airBaltic wants to meet the increased passenger demand. To that end, it plans to add more flights on nine routes from Riga, four from Tallinn, and four from Vilnius.
