Cadillac Unveils First Formula 1 Livery Ahead of Historic 2026 Debut

Cadillac has revealed the livery of its first-ever Formula 1 car during Super Bowl LX, marking the final public step before the American manufacturer enters the grid as Formula 1’s 11th team in 2026.

Cadillac has officially presented the livery of its first Formula 1 car, revealing the design during a high-profile advertisement aired at Super Bowl LX. The unveiling marks a significant milestone for the American manufacturer, which will join the Formula 1 World Championship in 2026 as the sport’s 11th team.

Following a long and complex entry process initially pursued under the Andretti name, Cadillac has now secured its place on the grid, completing one of the most closely watched expansion bids in modern Formula 1 history. The Super Bowl reveal provided a global stage for the brand’s first visual statement in the sport.

Cadillac’s inaugural Formula 1 livery features a striking two-tone concept. The car runs with a white finish on the left-hand side and a contrasting black design on the right, creating a clean but distinctive split-livery appearance.

Sponsor branding on the car remains deliberately minimal at this stage. The sidepods carry the TWG logo, representing the team’s ownership group, while Swedish software company IFS appears on the rear wing. Additional partners include Jim Beam on the bargeboards alongside Mexican telecommunications brand Claro, a long-standing partner of Sergio Pérez. Telcel branding is positioned ahead of the cockpit, with Tommy Hilfiger completing the livery through subtle logo placement on the nose.

For its first Formula 1 campaign, Cadillac has opted for experience behind the wheel. The team will be led by Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Pérez, both Grand Prix winners with multiple championship runner-up finishes to their names. The pairing provides a strong foundation as Cadillac prepares to navigate Formula 1’s new technical regulations and the challenges of a debut season.

With its livery now revealed and driver line-up confirmed, Cadillac’s Formula 1 project moves from concept to reality. Attention will now shift toward on-track preparations as the American manufacturer readies itself for its first competitive appearance in the sport’s new era in 2026.
