2026 Benelli TRK 602 X Production Spec Unveiled

Benelli has unveiled production ready version of the long-overdue successor to the Benelli TRK 502, theTRK 602 X. Powered by a new 554cc, twin-cylinder engine and packed with industry-standard specifications and features.

What is the Benelli TRK 602 X?

The Benelli TRK 602 X is the successor to the TRK 502 adventure tourer, officially unveiled at the EICMA 2025 show, with production and official sale set to begin in early 2026 for global markets. 

Benelli has officially unveiled its production-ready version set for the global markets in 2026. which includes a comprehensive revamp of its predecessor, featuring the latest technology and features suitable for a modern adventure motorcycle.

What new features does the TRK 602 X offer?

The Benelli TRK 602 X features a host of the latest tech, such as a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity for navigation and ride data, two riding modes (Normal/Sport), switchable traction control, and a USB port.

 

What kind of chassis architecture and overall construction does the Benelli TRK 602 X employ?

This adventure motorcycle employs a unique hybrid architecture for its frame, combining steel trellis (main frame) with a tubular aluminium front section and a lighter aluminium rear subframe, optimised for strength, rigidity, and reduced weight.

The lightweight hybrid frame is suspended by a 43mm USD fork with 140mm travel at the front and an adjustable monoshock with 173mm of travel at the rear. Braking hardware includes a dual 320mm front disc and 260mm rear disc with switchable dual-channel ABS.

What engine platform underpins the Benelli TRK 602 X?

The Benelli TRK 602 X utilises a newly developed DOHC 554cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine platform, shared with the Benelli TNT 550, using a revised airbox and exhaust system producing 56 bhp at 8250 rpm and 54 Nm at 5500 rpm, marking a significant upgrade (17% increase approx) from the predecessor while maintaining a chain-driven 6-speed transmission.

The Benelli TRK 602 X adopts a rugged adventure-tourer design, featuring aggressive styling, marked by a rugged fuel tank and beaked shape semi-fairing and headlight, and a tall stance, and ergonomics tailored for long-distance touring and light off-road riding.
