Service Overview
Priority Pass has introduced Priority Pass Private, a full-service airport option for a small group of high-value travellers. It includes private check-in, fast-track security, use of VIP terminals, and boarding directly to the aircraft. The service is designed to reduce waiting times and simplify airport procedures for commercial airline passengers.

Target Customers
The programme is invitation-only and aimed at businesses such as private banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions that want to offer travel benefits to selected clients.
Locations and Facilities
Priority Pass Private is available at 76 airports in more than 30 countries, including London, Dubai, Paris, Los Angeles, Singapore, Zurich, Shanghai, and Geneva. Services include a meet-and-assist escort, expedited immigration, access to private lounges, and on-site dining. Boarding is via a vehicle transfer to the aircraft.
Regional Coverage
In the Middle East, the service operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon, and Turkey. This includes private terminal access at major hubs such as Dubai, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Company Statements
Christopher Evans, CEO of Collinson International, said the service is intended to save time and provide privacy. Chief Brand Officer Chris Ross described it as the company’s most exclusive offer so far, aimed at helping client businesses strengthen relationships with key customers.
Future Plans
The launch in Europe and the Middle East is the first stage of a planned global rollout.
