More Flights to Holiday Hotspots
British Airways will increase the number of long-haul flights during the summer of 2026 to cater to the growing demand during the holiday season. Bangkok will be served throughout the year, with three weekly flights next summer and six per week in the following winter period. Additionally, a new codeshare agreement with Bangkok Airways expands access to more Thai cities, providing travellers with greater flexibility.
Boosted Services Across the Americas
Miami returns to a twice-daily schedule, while Kingston, Jamaica, gains an extra weekly flight. British Airways will also restart its daily direct service to Dallas-Fort Worth. The airline will also increase its weekly count of services to Las Vegas from 10 to 13, while serving both San Diego and Austin 14 times per week.
New York Flights Now Only from Heathrow
All flights to New York (JFK) will operate from London Heathrow, with up to nine daily departures. Travellers will get to experience First and Club Suite on selected Boeing 777-200 aircraft. British Airways promises a more relaxed and comfortable journey.
Middle East Routes Strengthened
British Airways will be more than doubling its weekly flight count to Bahrain with a daily service from London. The airline will also increase the weekly services to the capital of Saudi Arabia. It will operate 14 weekly flights to Riyadh. Those planning a trip to Jeddah will have a choice of five British Airways flights per week. Doha, too, is on the list. The carrier has decided to fly 14 weekly flights to the capital of Qatar.
