MB&F launches a new LM Perpetual Stainless Steel watch with a salmon dial

Swiss luxury watchmaker MB&F launched its Legacy Machine Perpetual timepiece in 2015 and now the watchmaker is offering a new variation of the piece in stainless steel with a rare salmon-coloured dial. The new 44mm watch is designed to make its subdials appear as if floating above its mechanised complication with no support. The firm claims this LM Perpetual features what is likely to be the world's longest balance wheel pinion to connect that elegantly suspended balance. It runs on a fully integrated calibre comprising 581 components featuring manual winding, two mainspring barrels, and a 72-hour power reserve. The bespoke 14mm flying balance wheel is visible on top of the movement. The watch uses a default 28-day month and adds extra days as needed without having to fast-forward manually or skip days. This new timepiece retails for $192,937 via the MB&F website.

One year after introducing the QX55 in its latest avatar, Infiniti has now introduced the crossover’s updated version. In the 2023 spec, the Infiniti QX55 packs more features as standard, including those designed to raise the convenience quotient. That means you get more for your money. The Japanese brand offers the crossover coupe in three trim levels – Luxe, Essential and Sensory – all powered by a turbocharged 2.0-litre powerplant that outputs 268hp, while a CVT does its thing using “shift by wire” means.
